Irresponsible People

One of the main problems, and effects, of being around someone who cannot take criticism, will not hold herself responsible, and refuses to take any kind of responsibility, is that you are forced to do the same; otherwise, things get lopsided, you end up taking all the criticism, all the responsibility. This, of course, makes the whole situation devolve.
